OUR REHEARSAL RATES

Rehearsals are booked first PAY, first serve and must be fully paid in advance (rehearsals are not put on the calendar until paid).  We accept all major credit cards and our invoices and payments are processed via PayPal (a PayPal account is not required on your end).  Rehearsal times include load-in/load-out and set up time.  We often book bands consecutively, so please allow for load-in and load-out time when booking your time slots.

Atlanta Rockstar Rehearsals is an 18+ facility.  At no point in time, under any circumstances, is anyone under the age of 18 allowed in ARR Studios or Ember City without the expressed written permission of Atlanta Rockstar Rehearsals.  Failure to comply will result in an immediate cancellation of rehearsal and forfeiture of payment.

HOURLY RATES

2-Hour Minimum for all rehearsals.  Please note, rehearsal times include load-in and load out.  So if you need 15 minutes to set-up, 15 minutes to break down, and 2 hours of actual rehearsal time, you would need a 2.5 hour booking as we often book bands consecutively.

• $70 (2-Hours)
• $87.50 (2.5 Hours)
• $100 (3-Hours)
• $125 (4-Hours)
• $150 (5-Hours)
• Each additional hour is $30.

• There is an 8% sales tax on all room rentals/charges

Cancellation Policy – Full refunds or credits are guaranteed with 48+ hours notice. Less than 48-hours may result in forfeiture of payment. All cancellations must be made by phone and are refunded via PayPal within 3-5 days.

MONTHLY RATES

Flexible schedule – Our flexible “bulk hour” packages are intended for those who are going to be rehearsing regularly or just want to save a few bucks by purchasing an allotment of hours in advance.  These rehearsals can be used at your discretion with no expiration date:

• Up to 16 hours (Minimum 8 Hours) $30/hour.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy – The same cancellation policy applies to our “bulk hours” as they do for normal rehearsals.  As long as we know ahead of time (48 hours) that you won’t be at your regular scheduled time slot, we will find you another spot that works for you and get you in there so you don’t miss a beat!  For cancellations that occur within 48 hours of your scheduled rehearsal time, we unfortunately can not offer any refunds (excluding inclement weather).

DAILY RATES/OPEN AUDITIONS

Daily “lockout” rates for those who require one or more days to have the room to themselves and storage for their gear:

• 12 hours: $275
• 24 hours: $400
• 48 hours +:  Email for a quote

Open Auditions:  Due to Covid-19, using ARR for auditions is prohibited.

INSTRUMENT/AMP RENTALS

We have several guitars, basses, a cymbal set, and a 88-key digital piano available for in-studio rentals.  Please contact us for details and pricing.  Please note, these instruments are not located inside the studio room and we would need advance notice (ie Several Days) to have them ready for you.

We also have a variety of different guitar amps that we can rent on a per-rehearsal basis.  These include amps from Orange, Marshall (JCM 800’s), Friedman, Budda, Diezel, and Kustom.

We require a photo ID and credit card for all instrument rentals (excluding cymbals).
