Easy! Simply call/text us at 770-296-5530 or use the contact form here to inquire about availability, remit payment via Credit Card or PayPal from the invoice we send you, sign off on our Electronic Consent Form and you are all booked! The codes for your rehearsal will be sent to you the morning of your rehearsal! Rooms are not reserved until payment is made in full and the consent form is returned (via text or email).
Full refunds/credits are guaranteed with 48+ hours notice and must be made by phone. Less than 48-hours may result in a 50% booking fee (1/2 refund or 1/2 credit).
There is no clear cut answer to this as our schedule changes by the hour/day with hourly bookings. The only way to guarantee your spot is to pay for it so that it will be held on the calendar. Generally, our busiest times during the week fall Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 5pm and 11pm and require more notice. Mornings and early afternoons, in addition to the weekends, tend to be our slower times. With our liberal cancellation/refund policy, if something should occur that prevents you from attending your rehearsal we will work with you to find an alternate date and time.

We do not accept rider requests but we will be more than happy to point you in the right direction with one of our affiliates to get you the gear that you need!
No. We do not provide sound engineers. Our studio is a “self-serve” facility but we will be more than glad to send you some information and provide assistance regarding our gear should you need it!
No. Unfortunately we do not allow customers to store their gear in the studios. In addition to the space requirements, we are not liable for any gear or personal belongings that are left behind in our room.
Rehearsal times are load-in and load-out inclusive, so if you need to rehearse for 2-hours but need 30-45 minutes to set-up and break down, a 3-hour rehearsal would be required since we often times book bands consecutively.
Yes! At the entrance/loading bay area of both Avatar and Thunderbox, there are vending machines that have a variety of snacks and beverages and even guitar strings! The bathrooms in Avatar are located immediately to the left of the loading ramp (as you walk in) and down the first hallway in Thunderbox. Smoking is also prohibited in these areas in addition to outside. Please consume your snacks and beverages in these designated areas.
Yes, both of our rooms are controlled by central air and heating. However, we do not control the thermostat and we are unable to change the temperature in the building. During the summer months you may experience warmer than normal temperatures with a full room and use of all the gear, but we do provide several industrial floor fans to help circulate the air. Please dress accordingly with the season.
Sure is! Please contact us prior to your rehearsal so we can give the you log-in information. Please be advised that we are not in possession of the router and can not guarantee that the network is available at all times.
Please call us immediately for assistance. Usually it’s a simple fix such as replacing a cable (instrument or speaker) and we will walk you through the process. If we cannot get an amp working, we will do our best to get a replacement down there as soon as possible so you can resume your rehearsal.
