Easy! Simply call/text us at 770-296-5530 or use the contact form here to inquire about availability.  Once completed, we’ll send you a PayPal invoice, and then all you have to do is read the Terms and Conditions and remit payment and you are all booked! The codes for your rehearsal will be sent to you the morning of your rehearsal! Rooms are not reserved until payment is made in full.

Full refunds/credits are guaranteed with 48+ hours notice and must be made by phone. Less than 48-hours may result in forfeiture of payment if other customers were turned away due to your booking.  Refunds are made via PayPal and may take 3-5 days to process.

There is no clear cut answer to this as our schedule changes by the hour/day with hourly bookings. The only way to guarantee your spot is to pay for it so that it will be held on the calendar. Generally, our busiest times during the week fall Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 5pm and 11pm and require more notice. Mornings and early afternoons, in addition to the weekends, tend to be our slower times. With our liberal cancellation/refund policy, if something should occur that prevents you from attending your rehearsal we will work with you to find an alternate date and time.

Below covers pretty much everything:  the gear we do and don’t provide, what you need to bring, rules and guidelines, rates, hours, and how the process works.  Please read carefully and we can go from there.  Happy to answer questions about this or your specific request.

Our two studios are located in the West End/Capitol View neighborhood in SW Atlanta at 1170 Sylvan Road SW, Atlanta GA 30310.  The facility consists of 10 rehearsal rooms on the main floor and 7 rooms in the lower level.  Our rooms are 20′ x 15′ for a total of 300 square feet (ideal for up to a 5-piece arrangement) and are sound insulated well but still subject to sound bleed from adjacent rooms during peak hours–so please keep this in mind if you are a “quieter” band.  This is a facility comprised mostly of rock and metal bands, so it is loud during peak times. We have a secure (gated), well-lit parking lot, security cameras inside the rooms and building, access control with an alarm system at the front door, and we also have Wi-Fi should you need to hop on the internet.  We are also an 18+ venue (no kids or anyone under 18). Absolutely NO smoking OR vaping.

Our plug-and-play rehearsal studios include a full complement of backline gear:
-2 guitar rigs (Mesa, Marshall, Orange)
-1 bass rig (Hartke)
-1 drum set (Tama 5-piece with single kick, Hi-Hat Stand, 3 cymbal stands, and throne.  We do NOT provide cymbals, hihats, sticks, or a hihat clutch)
-1 keyboard amp and single tier stand
-PA (8-channel powered Mackie mixer with main/monitor mix, 3-monitors, 4 microphone stands)
-We do NOT provide microphones or mic cables
-Rooms do NOT contain mirrors
-No sound engineer provided
-Rehearsals must END during the week by 11pm during the week and 10pm on the weekends (Fri-Sun).
-Recording of any type is AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not a recording facility.

Rules and regulations:
-MAXIMUM of 6 people/rehearsal.  No Exceptions and rehearsals will be monitored throughout and terminated immediately without refund. The room just isn’t big enough and we will possibly run into parking issues, feedback concerns from speakers/mics, etc.
-Hand Sanitizer is provided in the room to use before and after touching our gear.
-Gear will be disinfected throughout the week based on volume.
-No Smoking or Vaping

You will need to bring the following:
-instruments (guitars, keyboards, keys stand if not single tier, etc)
-instrument cables to plug into the amps
-microphones and mic cables (1/4″ or XLR inputs)
-cymbals, hihats, sticks, and a clutch for drummer
-an aux cable if not using a 3.5mm port

Our gear is professionally maintained and checked several times a week to ensure everything is in working order. Rooms are clean but we also expect bands to do their part and pick-up/organize after themselves for the next band.

4 hours: $125

9-12 hours:  $275

8% Atlanta City tax applied to all services.

Rehearsals are pre-paid via PayPal or a major credit/debit card (through a secure PayPal server).  Once paid, your rehearsal time is reserved and on the morning of your rehearsal we will send you a text/email that has the codes to access the facility.  No rehearsal is guaranteed until payment is received.   Rehearsal times are set-up and break-down inclusive since we often book bands consecutively, so if you request a two-hour rehearsal from 8pm-10pm, you’ll be able to enter the facility at 8pm but are expected to be out of the room by 10pm.

No. We do not provide sound engineers. Our studio is a “self-serve” facility but we will be more than glad to send you some information and provide assistance regarding our gear should you need it!

No. Unfortunately we do not generally allow customers to store their gear in the studios. In addition, we are not liable for any gear or personal belongings that are left behind in our room.  The only potential exception is if you are booking consecutive Daily lockout rehearsals, where leaving equipment may be helpful to facilitate multiple lockout days in a row.

Rehearsal times are load-in and load-out inclusive, so if you need to rehearse for 2-hours but need 30-45 minutes to set-up and break down, a 3-hour rehearsal would be required since we often times book bands consecutively.

For customers that are visiting us for the first time, we will always give you 15 minutes for free on top of your rehearsal to get acclimated to the studio.

Not yet, but they are coming soon!  We do have a water cooler in the lobby with filtered water so please bring a container to fill ‘er up!

Smoking is ONLY allowed OUTSIDE of Ember City and is strictly PROHIBITED inside ARR rooms and Ember City.  Please dispose of cigarette butts in the appropriate containers outside and please consume your snacks and beverages in the front lobby (designated) area.

The bathrooms are located down the hallway from our rooms.  As you are exiting our rooms, take a Left and head down the hallway past the other rooms.  Turn Right and the bathrooms will be on your Left.

Yes, both of our rooms are controlled by central air and heating. However, we do not control the thermostat and we are unable to change the temperature in the building. During the summer months you may experience warmer than normal temperatures with a full room and use of all the gear, but we do provide several industrial floor fans to help circulate the air. Please dress accordingly with the season.

Sure is! The wi-fi credentials will be sent to you with your codes on the day of your rehearsal!

Please call us immediately for assistance. Usually it’s a simple fix such as replacing a cable (instrument or speaker) and we will walk you through the process. If we cannot get an amp working, we will do our best to get a replacement down there as soon as possible so you can resume your rehearsal.
