The Art of Disappearing: ARR’s Holiday Guide to Breaking Free from Family Obligations

Despite how much most of us say that we love the holidays and being around family, everyone has a certain threshold of how much eggnog they can drink with the in-laws while itching incessantly from the fibers of their blinking Ugly Sweater.  However, if you are just in-town visiting for a few days or whatever, your options for escaping 24 Hours of Hallmark are pretty limited.  Let’s see… you could go to the local watering hole and drink (again).  Check.  You could channel your inner Munson and visit the local bowling lanes for an hour or two knocking down pins.  Check.  Or you could just stay home and watch two 5-7 CFB teams battle it out at the Duke’s Mayonnaise Bowl, or if that isn’t enticing enough…maybe two 6-6 teams in the Poulan Weed Eater Bowl.  Check.  Whatever option you choose, it’s probably not the first time this holiday season you’ve done it….or will do it.  So what’s the solution to ditch the family and kill some time and kick ass while doing it?  Book a room at Atlanta Rockstar Rehearsals for a few hours to relieve that holiday stress—either solo or better yet, with some of the bandmates from the old high school garage band.

Our rooms come with a full complement of professional backline gear for a true and unique plug-and-play experience.  Didn’t travel with an instrument?  NO PROBLEM…we have you covered!  We have recently acquired a couple of BAD ASS PRS guitars that are available for rental during rehearsals.  Whether you favor a Les Paul or you’re a Fender fan, our PRS models have the bases covered and will be tuned and ready to roll upon your arrival.  We also have a Spector bass and a Yamaha 88-key keyboard available for the rest of the band, too. Check out the McCrty 594 and the Silver Sky below!

So shoot us a text and get the band back together.  We can accommodate most same-day requests but instrument rentals will take 24 hours (possibly less) to prep.

Happy Holidays!
